My client school seeks to appoint an experienced year one teacher to start January 2012.

Based in Bexley the school serves a diverse catchment area. This is a large school and is an integral part of the
community. The school works hard to involve the local community to build parental and community trust.

You will take over a year one class which has 30 pupils. You will have the full time support of a teaching assistant and
the part time support of an LSA for a pupil who has a learning difficulties statement.

Planning is effective and conducted as a year group. The school teaches using a creative curriculum which is popular with
both pupils and teachers.

Ofsted has stated that my client school provides its pupils with a good education. An excellent shared ethos leads to
pupils learning in a harmonious, vibrant community. Pupils achieve well and their personal development and well-being are
excellent. The promotion of community cohesion is exceptional at the local, national and international levels.
Outstanding links with a very wide range of organisations promote pupils' well-being. This includes links with local
shopkeepers who support successful family social events. Most parents are positive about the school's work and typically
