A multinational financial services group require a UAT Test Manager for a 6 month contract based in Dublin. You will be responsible for leading the project User Acceptance Test (UAT) team and developing the test plan which is aligned to the Test Strategy. Ensuring that test specific plans are developed and documented, resources are managed and test results are measured against expected deliverables according to the companies test methodology.

Responsibilities:
Development of the UAT Detailed Test Plan, Test Completion Report & Test Schedule.
Accountable and responsible for the day to day management of the UAT phase
Accountable and responsible for weekly preparation reports
Accountable and responsible for running the daily test execution check point meetings
Accountable and responsible for daily test execution status reports
Accountable for the UAT Test Cases & Test Execution Schedules.
Lead the team in delivering test processes, methodology, disciplines and measurements across all groups.
Actively manage project testing tasks within an agreed timeframe and cost estimation
Establish effective relationships with business partners and IT groups
Escalate testing issues and risks as appropriate to Programme Test Manager.
Apply risk based testing techniques to test design and execution and ensuring that the Quality plan is met
Review change requests for impact to project testing schedule and effort
Review and refine estimate for testing effort through project life cycle
Liaise with the project manager and business representatives

You will have a minimum of 4 years Test Management experience.Tertiary qualifications are desirable and/or certificate level including ISEB Foundation or higher.
