VOIP Support Engineer, Leuven, Dutch-speaking We are urgently looking for a VOIP Support Engineer with skills in routing, telephony systems, switching, TCP/IP, VOIP technology for a long-term contract based in Leuven.
Responsibilities include:
-to be responsible for providing telephone support for all incidents and changes, concerns , 'how to ' questions, related to the IP Telephony infrastructures. (Central Component (Cisco UCM) , Voice Gateways, Cycos voicemail/fax system , ACD call center system, PeterConnects Call Attendant Server, .)
-providing Cisco Call Manager end-user administration;
-maintaining user documentation and helpdesk procedures
You will be based on customer site in Leuven. Fluency in Dutch is required. The initial contract is for 2 years, on a freelance basis. This is an excellent opportunity with added benefit of being a long-term, stable contract.
