My client is an industry leading provider of outsourced IT services. Due a significant growth in workload we need a Unified Communications Engineer to work on a client project for 3 months. You will be working on varied internal projects such as Cisco Unity and other upgrades, and also provide 3rd level support.
The following expertise are required:
» MS Exchange 2007 (essential)
» MS OCS/Office communicator Server (essential)
» Blackberry Enterprise Server experience
» MS Exchange 2010 and Window Server 2008
» Basic AD and Networking skills (CCNA preferred)
» Knowledge of PowerShell, Monitoring Applications/Tools, Certificate Managment
» Exposure to Tandberg VC and Cisco IP Tel
» ITIL and Change Mangement experience highly regarded
We're looking for someone with ability to configure Exhcange Web Services and Exchange Mangement Shell (incl bulk Scripting).
You will have a minimum of 2 years IP experience in a 200-5000+ user environment, and experience working with Managed Services. There is potential for this to extend beyond 3 months and to develop into more complex duties for the right candidate, depending on skill set.
