Voice Engineer Location: Scotland Contract/ Temporary - 6 months min Rates: £375 P/D My client is a leader in electrical construction and technology infrastructure services. They supply organisations with cost effective electrical construction, installations, maintenance, repair and emergency services. They also supply Network services including technology infrastructure solutions including structural cabling systems, wireless solutions, RFID solutions, voice services, central office services and security solutions.
They are looking for a Voice Engineer to help with operational support who will work in the client's operations team. The voice setup is Cisco Call Manager 8.5 at the back end with Unity Vmail and the clients are a mix of hard phones and Cisco Jabber soft phone/mobility clients.
Skills:
• CCVP or CCNP level engineer
• Detailed knowledge supporting Cisco Call manager v7 or above, ideally version 8 or above.
• Hands on operational support experience with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with other support teams, offer advice/support and talk to end users.
• Experience of using troubleshooting techniques and tools like Cisco works, wireshark, nagios..
• Willing to work different time zones.
• Able and willing to travel internationally.
