Responsibilities:
Prepares resident trays according to work schedule, menus, and standardized recipes
Follows diet requirements during food preparation and set-up of resident meals
Serves food attractively and on proper dishes
Assists with dishwashing and pot and pan washing
Notifies supervisors of needed food and non-food supplies
Delivers food and supplies to resident living areas
Records resident meal tallies
Advises supervisors of malfunctioning equipment
Assists new associates in on-the-job training
Washes and puts away own knives and blenders
Keeps food at proper temperature as assigned
Fills out food substitution lists as required
Performs other duties as required
Salary: $8.06/hour; $2.00 weekend differential
Hours: Full time, Hours 5am-1:30pm(scheduled every other weekend) and
Part time 5am-1:30pm - 3 days per week and every other weekend
