We are seeking a Part Time Bi-lingual Teller for our Cleveland West Office located at 3167 Fulton Road. This position will work approximately 25 hours per week. Days are varied so schedule flexibility is a must. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of cash handling, managing and balancing a teller drawer, and have a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
» Must be bi-lingual in Spanish
» Minimum of 6 months customer service and cash handling experience
» High school diploma or GED is required
» Developed sales and customer service proficiency
» Must be friendly, professional and courteous
» Experience using computers including Word, Excel and Outlook
» Must be Bondable
Other Traits, Characteristics and Experience
» Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
» Sales or referral experience - providing related products and service options to members preferred
» Previous Customer Service Representative (Teller) experience is preferred
» Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
» Ability to multi-task
