My client is current seeking a temporary manager for their specialist nursing home for a 3 - 4 month ongoing contract.The home specialises in care for learning disabilities and physical disabilities and set up to provide a high standard of respite care.Duties within the role include to be operationally responsible for managing the nursing care and support provided to the service users at the registered respite care home with nursing location.To manage the staff team and ensure appropriate co-ordination and delivery of services to service users. To act in the absence of the Registered Care Manager and ensure that the regulatory requirements are adhered to.Working hours in the role are up to 37 hours per week by arrangement on a flexible basis determined by a staff rota and on the basis of service users needs.
