As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be given all the training and tools you will require in order to be successful and be working with some truly inspirational people.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication you will earn around £40K in your first year, although this is uncapped with some earning as much as double or even triple this in their first year, as well as being given the opportunity to become a key player in the development of the brand. (it is not unknown for consultants to earn in excess of £100,000-150,000pa!)
