You must have a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and principles such as SCRUM, XP, TDD, User Stories, etc. and you will have worked across the full software development lifecycle from analysis and design through to coding and implementation. Exposure to other technologies such as Visual Studio, WCF, MVC, NHibernate, NUnit, Unity, Rhino Mocks, Enterprise Cruise and FitNesse would also be highly beneficial and you must have strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
