TECHNICAL SUPPORT Co-ordinator (CNC Systems) We are an internationally renowned Precision Machine Tool manufacturer, now part of the NASDAQ listed Hardinge Group of companies. This is a diverse and exciting position working within a fast moving team where you will provide mission critical technical support for external customers using the Jones and Shipman range of grinding machine solutions.
We require an experienced customer facing individual to resolve technical issues from customers, distributors and agents via phone, email and remote diagnostic software. The role will also involve the co-ordination of our field based customer support team, including machine installations and commissioning.
To perform this position you will need to have been there and done that'. A true appreciation of the issues and their subsequent resolution will be done by an experienced engineer who would like to use their experience within an in house advisory/support role.
If you have experience of machine tools, and have knowledge of mechanical, electrical and CNC systems together with a familiarity with Fanuc controls and systems we want to hear from you. This team is growing and there are a range of career opportunities available
