Resource Advisor, Hatfield, Hertfordshire for our client, Everything Everywhere, £13-14 per hour (temporary contract for 6 months). A new and exciting role has arisen for a Resourcing Consultant working within an established recruitment team in Bristol.
My client is currently seeking a consultant who is highly focused on providing a consultative and professional service to
both applicants and the client.

Working on-site for a company operating within the Telecoms Industry you will be responsible for sourcing applicants for
Retail staffing roles.

Main Duties;
* CV matching
* Telephone interviewing & candidate selection
* Managing Candidates and Clients expectations through the recruitment process
* Communicating with Candidates and Clients at all levels
* Advertising

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment/ resourcing professional or equivalent, looking to move
away from the high-pressured sales environment recruitment can involve.
