The owners are keen to further develop the menus and enhance their reputation locally and so are looking for somebody with a solid background as a Sous Chef with at least 5-6 years experience as a Chef.
As Sous Chef you will work alongside the Head Chef and Deputise for him on his days off and holidays etc as Sous Chef must be capable of maintaining the current menus and have the technical skill required to develop new ideas encouraging locals to try new dishes and must have a genuine interest in further developing the wedding and banqueting business which may include on occasion to meet with the bride and groom to discuss and suggest menu ideas to them
This busy Restaurant has a great local reputation and is well known for its extensive menus and has a good following for Weddings and a Popular Sunday Lunch
