» Designing and developing web-based business applications
» Complex site breakdowns and builds
» Supporting the Agile Development process
» Participating in daily SCRUM meetings and monthly Sprints
» Working with SQL Server Management Studio for requirements clarification and integration testing
» Designing, coding, and unit testing deliverables for each Sprint
» Validating that the software meets the requirements
Necessary skills include:
» Expert-level knowledge of XML and XSLT
» Strong experience with XPath and WSDL
» Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA/SOAP (Intel SOA Expressway or equivalent a plus)
» Experience using Agile Methodology
» Understanding of Java, JAX-WS, JAXB, JMS
» Ability to create succinct and accurate documents, incorporating text and technical design diagrams

» Experience working with co-workers and clients in distributed environment
» Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, SEO-friendly practices, and version control
» Health/Vision Care domain knowledge a plus
