Qualified candidates are responsible for sourcing, screening, placing and managing contract and perm hires in a full life cycle recruiting environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
5-10 years of IT staffing agency recruiting experience
Demonstrate expertise in recruiting for development, infrastructure and PM/BA openings
Must have produced more than $500k annually in gross margin year over year
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 5 - 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing candidates from targeted talent pools using social media, internal database and various other sources
Screening applicants to qualify them for open positions
Submit candidates to Client Partnership Managers and prepare submittal documents
Interview process - prep candidates pre-interview, debrief and coach throughout the interview process
Conduct reference checks
On-boarding - request offer letters, assist candidates in resignation process and during onboarding process as needed
Touch points - follow up with candidates post hire to ensure a smooth transition
Manage consultants on billing throughout their assignment
