Job Description:
Alchemy was created out of Techlightenment, a social technology and marketing company. Having worked for some of the largest brands and agencies across the globe, Techlightenment spawned Alchemy to leverage its expertise for others in the market. Its traction and rise has been rapid, gaining a substantial client base and following in a very short time.
We are looking for a talented UX Designer to Improve user experience and website design for the build of Alchemy 2.0: our social ad buying, management and optimization platform.
You'll be an experienced, B2B aware UX designer. Focused on improving user experiences, you'll work on the web platform to improve site design and ease of use in order to make the ad setup quicker and more consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
» Working with and improving upon Techlightenment's standard design and markup
» Improving site design, layout, styling
» Improving user experience throughout the client facing application
» Suggesting improvements with regards to the user journey
» Defining requirements, understand opportunities for improvement
» Request application feedback from clients, review and present possible optimizations
» Producing Information Architecture - wireframes, prototypes
» Improving functionality and features with focus on ease of use, speed of ad setup and delivery of relevant information to the user
» Production of relevant PSDs, HTML, CSS, assets
» Production of relevant JavaScript
» Working with developers on integration of all deliverables into the website
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
» Experience of similar projects
» At least 2-3 years of commercial experience
» Motivated, ambitious self starter able to work under own initiative
» Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and implement fixes
» Understand social, digital and online markets
» Familiar with Best Standards'
