Job Description/ Requirements:
Tasks: To match internal transaction files to vendor provided external transaction files based on one to two matching fields
Isolate matched transaction lines in above files and determine differences
Isolate unmatched transaction line in above files and determine if transaction meets reimbursement criteria
Summarize results based on reimbursement criteria
Qualifications:
Intermediate Excel experience (not just knowledge)
Must be able to FORMAT cell, rows and/or columns from two different sources in order to utilize VLOOKUP" formulas
Must be able to apply VLOOKUP" formulas to both files to determine matching transactions
Must be able to utilize various SORT & FILTER functions
Use of PIVOT TABLES may also be helpful in this process
Reconciliation experience: such as Bank Account Reconciliation, Payment to Invoice Reconciliation, and/or General Ledger Account Reconciliation
Required Software: Microsoft Excel (must have advanced knowledge)
Experience/Education: 2 plus years//High School Diploma
Salary Range: $16/hour
