Swedish OR Danish speaking Inside Sales Executive Central London £25

Our client a leading provider of outsourced legal support services is looking to appoint a German speaking Inside Sales Executive to join their team in Central London. Responsibilities: ·       Conducting outgoing calls and following-up calls to prospects generated from marketing and Business Intelligence - support targeted segment & territory marketing lead penetration programs

·       Generating qualified sales opportunities

·       Identify key decision makers within target organizations

·       Educate prospects on new releases, products and upcoming events

·       Coordinate meetings with Key Account Managers concerning QSOs requiring direct sales

·       Build and maintain a solid relationship with prospects - Achieves and maintains rapport with clients and works to give them the best possible service.

·       Efficiently manage a prospect through the sales process cycle in partnership with product units

·       Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline and forecast goals and defined objectives

·       Provide effective back-up support to key phases in the sales process, including:

o    Confirm prospect needs and develop initial customer profile

o    Support developing business case Prepare and conduct presentation/demos

o    Provide administrative support, as appropriate (Salesforce, contract management)

o    Guide signed contracts/T&Cs through process

o    Schedule and participate in customer kick-off meetings and provide support as appropriate

·       Prepares paperwork (original purchase order, copies of invoice, and return goods memo) to be given to accounting department for credit or debit to be issued.

Candidate:

·       Fluency up to business level in German AND English is a MUST

·       Inside Sales experience across various industries – ideally solution selling

·       Ability to work under pressure

·       Excellent communication skills, written as well as oral

·       Team player

·       Strong organizational, administrative and computer skills (including CRM databases, word processing, spreadsheets, charts & graphs etc)

·       Able to take responsibility for maintaining excellent customer relations.

·       Maintaining discretion and confidentiality with highly sensitive information
