My client currently has excellent opportunities available for Registered Nurses to work in the community for their continuing care services. Duties for the Nurses will be •To provide holistic nursing care and respite/support for families in the community setting working alongside the family & multi-disciplinary team members involved with the families,
•To complete and maintain accurate records in accordance with NMC standards for records and record keeping,
•To support and work alongside the lead support worker to cover the weekly rotas appropriately and participate in on-call system.

Extensive travel, for which a mileage allowance will be paid, is required for all posts. A full driving licence, reliable vehicle and ability to undertake moving and handling within guidelines of training provided, is essential.
The client operates a shift system including nights and weekends.

Some experience of working in the community setting would be beneficial.
The ideal candidates will be registered with the NMC and be a Registered Nurse or RSCN. You will be experienced in complex needs and you will be able to commit to early mornings and early evening shifts during school term time.
